Our coaches
Every coach at APEX is British Gymnastics qualified, DBS-checked and first-aid trained — and every one of them remembers their own first forward roll.
Our Philosophy
We don't just teach skills. We build confidence.
At APEX, our coaches are more than instructors — they are mentors, spotters and cheerleaders rolled into one. Each brings a different discipline and a different way of teaching, from preschool play to competitive squad work. What they share is a belief that every gymnast progresses at their own pace, and that the confidence built in the gym travels far beyond it.
Rebecca Hale
Head Coach · Artistic
Rebecca competed nationally for twelve years before moving into coaching, and has led APEX since it opened its doors. She oversees the squad programme and still spots every gymnast personally during their first session on the bars.
