Billing
Memberships are billed monthly on the 1st. We accept all major cards and direct debit. No joining fee, ever.
Cancellation
Cancel any time with 30 days' notice — no penalties and no awkward conversations. We'd just love you to tell us why.
Term Dates
Classes run alongside school terms with a short break at half term. Timetables are published a term ahead so you can plan.
Refunds
Class packs are non-refundable but never expire, so you can use them whenever suits. Membership refunds are prorated to the day of cancellation.
